Yes. LUMIORR provides professional installation for all decorative fixtures purchased through us. Our trained electricians handle everything from ceiling reinforcement for heavy chandeliers (some weigh over 50 kg) to precise pendant height adjustment and dimmer integration. Installation charges are included complimentary for orders above a minimum threshold. For complex installations — such as staircase chandeliers, multi-pendant clusters, or fixtures requiring structural support — we conduct a site visit prior to quoting to ensure safe and beautiful results.

For standard in-stock items, LUMIORR accepts full payment at the time of order. For large projects or custom orders, we offer a structured payment plan: 50% advance at order confirmation, 40% before dispatch or installation, and 10% on completion and sign-off. We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, credit and debit cards, and cheques. GST invoicing with proper HSN codes (94054090 for decorative lights) is provided for all transactions. Corporate and institutional clients may request credit terms subject to approval.
