What types of lights does LUMIORR sell?
LUMIORR offers a comprehensive range of premium lighting products including magnetic track lights, COB downlights, LED linear profile lights, decorative pendant and chandelier lights, wall sconces, outdoor garden and facade lights, smart lighting systems, LED strip and flexible neon lights, mirror lights, ceiling lights, and custom architectural lighting solutions. Our catalogue covers over 100 products across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments, all sourced and tested for premium quality and long service life.
What is the difference between magnetic track and traditional track lighting?
Magnetic track lighting uses a recessed aluminium channel with built-in magnets that allow you to snap fixtures in and out without any tools. This makes rearranging, adding, or removing light heads completely effortless — ideal for retail displays, galleries, and modern living rooms where flexibility matters. Traditional track lighting relies on fixed mechanical twist-lock connectors that are harder to reposition and often leave visible hardware. Magnetic tracks also offer a cleaner, more minimal appearance because the track sits flush with the ceiling, creating a seamless linear look that architects and interior designers prefer.
Do you have smart lighting options?
Yes, LUMIORR stocks smart lighting solutions that support app-based control, integration with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home, tuneable white colour temperature adjustment (2700K to 6500K), full RGB colour changing, automated scheduling, dimming, and scene presets. Smart lighting options are available across product categories including downlights, strip lights, panel lights, and select decorative fixtures. These systems are ideal for modern homes, co-working spaces, restaurants, and hospitality venues where dynamic lighting control enhances the user experience.
What is a COB LED and why is it better?
COB stands for Chip on Board — a technology where multiple LED chips are mounted directly onto a single substrate to create a dense, uniform light source. COB LEDs produce a smooth, glare-free beam with excellent colour rendering (CRI 90+), making them the preferred choice for accent lighting, retail product displays, art galleries, and residential spaces where light quality matters. Compared to older SMD LED arrays, COB delivers higher lumen density per unit area, superior thermal management through the integrated substrate, and a more natural, eye-friendly light output. LUMIORR offers COB downlights, COB track heads, and COB spotlights across multiple wattages and beam angles.
Can I get custom sizes for LED profiles?
Absolutely. LUMIORR specialises in custom-cut LED aluminium profiles for cove lighting, under-cabinet runs, wardrobe interiors, display shelving, reception desks, and architectural feature walls. We cut profiles to your exact millimetre specification and supply matching frosted or clear diffusers, end caps, and mounting clips. Custom sizes are available across all profile types — surface-mounted, recessed, corner-angle, and suspended pendant — with a typical turnaround of 5 to 7 working days from confirmation. Share your floor plan or dimensions on WhatsApp and our team will prepare a quotation within 24 hours.
Services
Do you offer free lighting consultation?
Yes. LUMIORR provides a completely free lighting design consultation for homes, offices, retail stores, restaurants, and commercial projects across Pune. The consultation includes a site visit by our lighting expert, a thorough space assessment, lux-level calculation for each area, product recommendation matched to your design style and budget, a 2D layout plan with fixture positions, an on-site mock-up with sample fixtures, and an energy cost estimate. There is absolutely zero obligation to purchase after the consultation — you keep the design advice regardless.
What is an on-site mock-up service?
Our on-site mock-up service lets you experience the actual lighting effect in your own space before committing to a purchase. We bring sample fixtures — whether magnetic track heads, COB downlights, LED profiles, or decorative pendants — to your site and install them temporarily. You can evaluate the beam angle, colour temperature, brightness, and aesthetic impact on your actual walls, ceiling, and furniture. This hands-on evaluation eliminates guesswork, reduces return requests, and ensures you are completely satisfied with the light quality and design before placing the order.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes. LUMIORR offers optional professional installation supervision and support for all product categories. Our technical team coordinates with your electrician or contractor to ensure correct fixture placement, proper wiring, driver connections, dimmer configuration, and track alignment. For complex installations involving recessed magnetic track systems, multi-circuit LED profiles, facade lighting, or large-scale commercial fit-outs, we strongly recommend our supervised installation service. This guarantees the best visual result, prevents installation errors, and preserves your product warranty.
Do you provide 3D lighting layout designs?
Our free consultation includes a detailed 2D lighting layout plan with fixture positions, beam angles, spacing calculations, and switch groupings — more than sufficient for most residential projects. For clients who need photorealistic 3D renders, walkthrough visualisations, or photometric analysis reports, we offer an advanced design service at a nominal fee. This fee is fully adjustable against your final order value, which means if you proceed with the purchase, the 3D design cost is effectively zero. The 3D service is especially popular among architects and interior designers working on high-end residential and hospitality projects.
Can you work on projects outside Pune?
Yes. While our showroom and primary service area is in Erandwane, Pune, we regularly work on lighting projects across Maharashtra — including Mumbai, Nashik, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, and Nagpur — as well as other Indian states. For out-of-Pune projects, we conduct the initial consultation via video call using your floor plans, photographs, and elevation drawings. Product delivery is handled through our trusted logistics partners with insurance coverage. For large commercial, hospitality, or institutional projects, our design and project team travels to the site for in-person assessment and installation supervision.
Commercial & B2B
Do you supply to businesses and contractors?
Yes. LUMIORR has a dedicated B2B division that supplies premium lighting products to interior designers, architects, electrical contractors, builders, real estate developers, hospitality chains, retail brands, and corporate procurement teams. We offer project-specific pricing, volume-based bulk discounts, a dedicated account manager for every B2B client, priority delivery scheduling, and complete technical documentation including datasheets, IES files, and installation guides for all B2B orders. Many of Pune's leading architects and interior firms rely on LUMIORR as their preferred lighting partner.
Can you handle large-scale commercial projects?
Absolutely. LUMIORR has successfully delivered lighting for corporate offices, retail chains, multi-brand showrooms, restaurants, boutique hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and residential townships across Pune and Maharashtra. Our commercial project capability spans the full lifecycle — lighting design consultation, product specification, bulk procurement at competitive pricing, staged delivery coordination aligned to your construction schedule, on-site installation supervision, and post-handover support. We assign a dedicated project coordinator for every commercial engagement to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery.
Do you have B2B pricing?
Yes. Our B2B pricing is structured based on order volume, product category, and overall project scope. Registered businesses, architects, contractors, and developers receive preferential rates that are significantly lower than our standard retail pricing. The exact discount depends on the total order value and the product mix. Contact our sales team via WhatsApp at +91 70660 08634 or call us to discuss your specific requirements — we will prepare a customised quotation with B2B rates within 24 hours. Repeat clients and long-term partners enjoy additional benefits.
What payment modes do you accept?
LUMIORR accepts all major payment methods for your convenience. These include UPI payments via Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm; bank transfers through NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS; credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay); cheques; and cash payments at our Erandwane showroom. For B2B orders and large commercial projects, we offer flexible payment terms with milestone-based billing — for example, an advance on order confirmation, a second instalment on delivery, and the balance on installation completion. All transactions are supported by proper GST invoices for your records.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. LUMIORR, operated by NSC Lights, is a GST-registered business entity. We provide proper GST-compliant tax invoices for every single purchase — whether retail or B2B. Each invoice includes the correct HSN codes for lighting products, detailed product descriptions, quantity, unit price, applicable GST rate (typically 18% for LED lighting fixtures), CGST and SGST or IGST breakdowns, and the total payable amount. This allows businesses, contractors, and architects to claim input tax credit on their lighting procurement, reducing the effective cost of the project.
Warranty & After-Sales
What is your warranty policy?
All LUMIORR products are backed by a manufacturer warranty that typically ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the product category. LED drivers and COB modules carry a standard 2-year warranty. Decorative fixtures, aluminium profiles, and hardware components carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Smart lighting controllers and dimmers carry a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use conditions. Physical damage, water ingress in non-IP-rated fixtures, voltage surges, and improper installation are excluded. Warranty claims are processed through our showroom or via WhatsApp with your invoice number.
What happens if a light fails after installation?
If a product fails within the warranty period, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 70660 08634 or call our support line with your invoice number and a clear photograph or short video of the issue. Our technical team will diagnose the problem — often remotely within 24 hours — and determine whether a driver replacement, module swap, or full unit replacement is needed. If a replacement is required, we dispatch it within 2 to 5 working days depending on stock availability. For products under warranty, there is absolutely no charge for the replacement unit or component. We also provide guidance on safe removal and reinstallation of the replacement part.
Do you provide replacement parts?
Yes. LUMIORR maintains an extensive inventory of replacement parts and spare components including LED drivers (constant current and constant voltage), COB modules, LED strip rolls, profile diffusers (frosted and clear), end caps, mounting brackets, suspension cables, magnetic track connectors, and adapter bases. Even after the warranty period expires, you can purchase individual components at reasonable prices to repair or extend your existing lighting installation without replacing the entire fixture. This modular approach significantly reduces long-term ownership cost and ensures your lighting system stays operational for many years.
Technical
What color temperature is best for a living room?
For most Indian living rooms, a warm white colour temperature between 2700K and 3000K creates the most inviting and comfortable ambiance — perfect for relaxation, family time, and entertaining guests. This warm tone complements wood furniture, warm-toned walls, and Indian interior aesthetics beautifully. If your living room also doubles as a home office or reading area, consider tuneable white fixtures (adjustable from 2700K to 5000K) that let you switch between warm relaxation mode and cool task-focused lighting with a remote or app. We generally advise against using daylight white (6500K) in living rooms as it can feel overly harsh, clinical, and tiring for the eyes during evening hours. Our free consultation can help you choose the perfect temperature for every room.
What wattage LED do I need for a 150 sq ft room?
A 150 sq ft room typically needs 150 to 300 lux of general illumination depending on its primary function. For a bedroom requiring relaxed ambient light (150 lux), approximately 20 to 25 watts of efficient LED lighting distributed across 3 to 4 fixtures is sufficient. For a home office, study, or kitchen workspace requiring brighter task lighting (300 lux), you would need around 35 to 45 watts spread across ceiling-mounted and task-specific fixtures. These figures assume modern LEDs operating at 100+ lumens per watt efficiency. However, the exact wattage and fixture count depends on several factors: ceiling height, wall paint colour (dark walls absorb more light), beam angle of the chosen fixture, number of light points, and reflective surfaces in the room. This is precisely what our free lighting design consultation calculates for you — room by room, fixture by fixture.
